JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative

MUSTS: Must be able to pass background check and drug testing. Must have valid Colorado Driver's License and good driving record. Must be able to perform the physical requirements of the job to include, but not limited to; standing for significant periods of time, reaching, twisting, bending, stooping, good manual dexterity, sight and hearing to assist customers. Rocky Mountain Home Health Supplies 616 Main Street Alamosa, Colorado has a full-time Customer Service Representative position for our retail store. Seeking a motivated individual who loves working with the public. Must know basic register and credit card processing, skills with computers, word/excel, Attention to detail, able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally, pricing product and ordering product when necessary. Must be personable and pleasant answering the phone and greeting customer.

SKILLS: Cash handling, customer service, excellent verbal and written communication. DUTIES: Will assist customers in finding items, taking payment, making change. Will process cash, and credit card payments, etc. Provide receipt to customers. Keep store stocked, orderly and neat. May assist with loading rental equipment or purchased items.

WAGES: $16.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on skills and experience.

JOB TO START: As soon as qualified applicant is hired.

SHIFT & DURATION: This is a permanent, full-time position of 40 or more hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00a.m. to 5:00p.m.

JOB SITE: Alamosa, Colorado.
