EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE: 3 years relevant work experience in human resources with a strong employee relations background BA/BS college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Considerable knowledge of principles and practices of human resources. Experience working with employee relations Ability to prioritize and be flexible in a constantly changing work environment Exhibits strong customer service and able to work with employees of all levels Excellent written and oral communication. Organizational skills a must.
