Boston University OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE, School of Public Health, Graduate Programs in BOSTON, Massachusetts

The Operations Associate will play a vital role in supporting the Education Office, working directly with the Assistant Director and Executive Director to provide essential support and coordination within the Education Office. Responsibilities include administrative support, event coordination, financial reconciliation and processing, and other projects as assigned. Candidates for the position should have excellent administrative and event coordination skills, synthesis and reporting skills, as well as possess superior organizational skills, excelling in attention to detail, time management, written and verbal communication skills.

Required Skills

Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of professional experience in an administrative operations support setting. Preferred experience working with Excel, Outlook calendaring, and project management. Excellent communication skills and a high degree of professionalism and responsiveness. Must be able to work as a team player. Self-starter who is well organized, detail oriented, disciplined, flexible, and effective under pressure. Ability to multi-task, prioritize and execute multiple important projects with competing priorities.
