Olivia is hiring for a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer in BUFFALO, New York.

About the Role

In the role of the BI Engineer/Analyst you will oversee the development, implementation, and refinement of reporting and business intelligence strategies. Your expertise with diverse datasets, integrations, and the Microsoft PowerBI platform will enable you to facilitate data-driven decision-making, offering valuable insights to improve business performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee reporting and business intelligence strategies

• Architect diverse datasets and integrations

• Proficiently use Microsoft PowerBI Platform

• Maintain and monitor customer credit accounts and reports

• Translate complex data into actionable insights with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Utilize Business Intelligence Technologies and tools to improve business processes.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree is a must.

· Expert in Power BI functionalities.

· RLS (row-level security), data modeling.

· Knowledge of DAX.

· Strong SQL development experience.

· SSRS Reporting Experience.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

· Experience managing BI teams a plus.

· Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

· Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
