Project/Task Manager – TS/SCI required

HOW A PROJECT/TASK MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Responsible for all aspects of the development and implementation of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects

  • Takes projects from original concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project including end users, computer services, and client services

  • Defines project scope and objectives; Develops detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports

  • Conducts project meetings and is responsible for project tracking and analysis

  • Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables

  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables

  • Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team

  • Recommends and takes action to direct the analysis and solutions of problems

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: High School Diploma/GED with 10 years of related experience, or Associate's Degree with 8 years of experience, or Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of experience

  • Preferred Skillset/Experience:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in network troubleshooting and support

  • Comprehensive knowledge of routers, switches, patch panels, concentrators, associated terminals, and related network hardware and software

  • Comprehensive knowledge of desktop operating systems and applications

  • Clearance Level: TS/SCI

  • Required Certification(s):

  • DoD 8140/8570 Level II Computing Environment (CE) Certification as determined by the Program Manager is required prior to support on contract

  • IAT II 8570/8140 Baseline Certification Security+ or equivalent

  • Computing Environment certification: PMP certification

  • Location : On Customer Site

  • US Citizenship: Required

  • Additional :

  • Candidates must be willing and able to attain a CI Polygraph for certain positions as determined by the contract

  • Position may require lifting of objects (i.e. IT Hardware), reaching/bending/kneeling (i.e. plug in cables) and other moderately strenuous activity

  • Travel may be required to support the mission

The likely salary range for this position is $106,371 - $54,660. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
