Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Basis Senior Consultant with expertise in Selective Data Transfer (SDT) or SNP Bluefield Migration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation, migration, and ongoing support of SAP S/4HANA systems. They will possess deep technical knowledge of SAP Basis administration and a proven track record of successful project delivery in complex environments.

Responsibilities:

1. Implementation and Migration: Lead or support the implementation and migration of SAP S/4HANA systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.

2. Selective Data Transfer (SDT): Utilize expertise in SDT to efficiently transfer relevant data from legacy SAP systems to SAP S/4HANA, minimizing downtime and data loss.

3. SNP Bluefield Migration: Demonstrate proficiency in SNP Bluefield Migration methodology, guiding clients through the process of transforming their existing SAP landscapes into streamlined, future-proof S/4HANA environments.

4. SAP Basis Administration: Provide expert-level support for SAP Basis administration tasks, including system monitoring, performance tuning, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.

5. SAP Security: Manage changes in security that arise from S/4HANA (additional objects, Fiori etc)

6. Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing guidance on best practices, technical solutions, and potential challenges.

7. Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA systems with existing infrastructure and business processes.

8. Documentation and Training: Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge transfer materials, and training resources to facilitate the successful adoption and ongoing maintenance of SAP S/4HANA systems.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

2. Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in SAP Basis administration, with at least 2 years of experience specifically focused on SAP S/4HANA On Premise or Private Cloud Edition.

3. Proven expertise in Selective Data Transfer (SDT) or SNP Bluefield Migration, with successful project implementations.

4. Strong understanding of SAP architecture, infrastructure, and database concepts.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, team members, and stakeholders at all levels.

6. Certifications in SAP Basis administration and/or SAP S/4HANA are highly desirable.

7. Experience working in consulting or professional services environment is a plus.

8. Ability to travel to client sites as needed.
