Pay: $20/Hour – Paid weekly

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Job Description:

• Will sit at the slab will-call desk helping walk in customers, answer incoming phone calls, and respond to questions via email/fax for tile customers.

• Will mainly be working with Fabricators and drivers for Fabricators that are Spanish speaking

• Will also handle data entry for tile orders - using internal system and Excel

• Work closely with showroom, warehouse, and order desk personnel

• Serve a direct contact for their customers by providing sales support person to person, over the phone and by other means

• Provide customers with the best possible buying experience, product delivery, and after-sales service
