Aerotek Heavy Equipment Operator in Huntington, Indiana

Looking for excavator operators, proficient with operating in tight areas and able to dig trenches.

Required Skills

  • 4+ years of operating a excavator

  • Highly Proficient in operating heavy equipment, various size excavators

  • Working skills and knowledge of pipeline construction and maintenance techniques.

  • Working skills and knowledge of trenching, excavating near existing utilities, back-filling and cleanup.

  • Knowledge of underground utilities and locator markings

  • Able to calculate and set proper grades and elevations

  • Skill to operate equipment in close proximity to workers and underground utilities

  • Possess a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
