John's Home Maintenance is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our team!

• Inspect, perform routine maintenance, operate and test machinery to maintain ground equipment
• Pick up permits for jobs.
• Performing daily routine maintenance on and around the buildings and grounds.
• Prep materials for daily roofing jobs. {involves heavy lifting}
• Follow safety rules and regulations, maintain a safe and clean work environment

Experienced is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate!!

Starting wage $15.00 hr
