nVent Product Specialist – Freestanding Enclosures in Madrid, Spain

As a Product Specialist, you will be responsible for understanding our floor standing product line in-depth and effectively communicating its features, benefits, and applications to both internal teams and external partners. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet market demands and align with customer needs.

WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of our floor standing products, including their technical specifications, design features, and applications across industries.

  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

  • Customer Support: Provide technical support and assistance to customers, including product recommendations, troubleshooting, and addressing inquiries or concerns.

  • Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales materials, presentations, and product demonstrations to effectively promote our floor standing product to potential clients.

  • Product Development: Work closely with the engineering and product management teams to provide feedback on product performance, suggest improvements, and contribute to the development of new product features or enhancements.

  • Training and Education: Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for internal teams, distributors, and customers to ensure a thorough understanding of our floor standing products and their applications.

  • Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure that our floor standing product meet industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations for reliability and performance.

YOU HAVE:

  • Technical University degree (Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field).

  • Previous experience in a technical role within the electrical industry is highly preferred.

  • Strong technical competence with the ability to understand engineering concepts and communicate them effectively to diverse audiences.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in market research and data analysis.

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet commitments in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Good knowledge of SolidWorks, AutoCAD or similar.

  • Language skills: High level English - written and spoken
