Duties:

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned
• Conduct inspections and tests to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions
• Repair or replace defective parts and components, such as brakes and tires.
• Follow repair manuals, technical specifications, and schematics to ensure accurate repairs.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks.
• Keep accurate records of all repairs, services, and maintenance performed on vehicles
• Communicate with customers regarding the status of their vehicles and provide recommendations for additional services if needed

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance techniques
• Ability to perform brake repairs and other mechanical tasks. -Possession of NC inspectors license a plus.
• Familiarity with dealership service procedures and protocols
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication skills to interact with customers.
