Looking to hire remotely for Georgia, Florida, Alabama and Texas, among other states!

The ideal Broker would:

• Build a true partnership with TEL Staffing and HR
• Explain to potential Clients how TEL Staffing and HR will provide solutions to match THEIR business needs
• Compare pricing of other PEOs to ensure TEL Staffing and HR is providing the most cost effective and quality services
• Know and explain why TEL Staffing and HR is a PEO that would be the right fit for their specific organization
• Identify an opportunity and if there is a fit, schedule a meeting with potential Client
• Learn about Clients needs during the meeting to discuss the business benefits of working with a PEO
• Develop and present a personalized proposal to potential Client after meeting
• Create a tailored plan that works best for Clients needs
• Maintain an ongoing mutually beneficial relationship with each Client.
