Our State-of-the-Art Cardiac Care Center is looking to fill a casual part-time Cardiac Sonographer Role. Echo Tech Job Summary: + Will be responsible for conducting cardiac ultrasounds on both adult and pediatric patients utilizing 2D/3D echocardiography, m-mode, color flow/doppler mapping, stress echocardiography, UEA imaging, Global Strain Analysis, TEE and structural heart assist when appropriate. + Will be responsible for collecting and evaluating clinical data and recognizing life-threatening findings and reporting, in a timely manner, to the appropriate reading physicians. + All functions of this role shall be performed within the guidelines of department, ICAEL and hospital policies. Echo Tech Qualifications: + Associate degree or Higher level + BLS certification required + Formal Training in Diagnostic Cardiac Ultrasound required + Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer RDCS (OR) Registered Cardiac Sonographer RCS required
