Job Summary: Responsible for providing daily operational support to all business lines and offices in United States, Canada, UK, Romania and India with Procurement related functions. This position will reside within our Global Procurement organization and provide transactional, system functionality, and reporting support to our internal teammates, end users, and suppliers.

Key Job Responsibilities/Job Description:

  • Assist with transactional order fulfillment for all internal business lines

  • Provide support to suppliers with order fulfillment submission and completion

  • Provide end user support for Procurement Procure to Pay tool use functionality

  • Develop and maintain Procurement procedural documentation

  • Conduct end user training on Procurement tools and processes

  • Provide Procurement departmental email monitoring, response and re-direction of end user and supplier inquiries and issue escalations

  • Generation of internal system reporting in support of operational metrics, SLA and audit

Qualification Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of business experience

  • Preferred 3-5 years of experience in an end user support function

  • High degree of organizational skills

  • Analytical thinking skills for problem resolution

  • MS Office software proficiency
