GE Healthcare USCAN Region President, South in Remote, Georgia
Job Description Summary
The Region President will set and execute the business/commercial strategy for the full portfolio of Imaging, LCS, Ultrasound and Service offerings, leading an organization of 700-1000 sales, service and operations professionals with full responsibility for a $1-2B P&L. The Region President is accountable for market visibility, market share, revenue, profit and cash performance for the region. She/he is empowered to make capital allocation decisions and tradeoffs across the region to drive outcomes for customers leading to profitable growth. She/He will make those trade-offs in collaboration with the USCAN Segment leaders. The Region President provides leadership and oversight to an executive-level team of Commercial, Service, HR, Finance and Operations leaders. She/he sets the vision and strategy for the region. Further, he/she will be responsible for developing strong relationships with leaders at healthcare policy shaping institutions and strategic accounts (public and private).
Job Description
Sets the overall business strategy, agenda, initiatives, and culture at the highest level in the organization to help ensure that financial, employee, and customer goals are met or exceeded in the region
Manages overall sales revenue, margin, cost targets, orders goals and other financial goals in a manner that achieves business targets; drives financial accountability throughout the organization to ensure all targets for the organization are met
Establishes and fosters enterprise-wide customer relationships that have significant impact on the organization
Drive business results through strong customer relationships with Key accounts’ C-suite and department levels, establishing key collaborations and partnerships, delivering excellent service, solutions, and outcomes
Strengthens GEHC’s external image
Effectively utilizes key industry information and market knowledge to gain competitive advantage in market place
Mobilizes and motivates experienced executive leaders and employees throughout the organization; accountable for positive leadership and culture of the region through ongoing direction, coaching, and career development of leaders
Leads and cultivates a culture of integrity and boundarlyless collaboration
Collaborates with leaders across GE in order to ensure that the best practices for the organization are identified and adopted
Ensure all quality and compliance goals are met and that a culture of compliance is pervasive throughout the organization
Promotes a safe working environment and ensures compliance with applicable EHS policies and procedures Quality Specific Goals
Requirements:
BA/BS degree
10+ years of senior level leadership experience managing a large P&L
Experience in leading a large organization of sales, operations, and service professionals
Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
Enterprise solutions mindset and strategic trade off experience
Exceptional interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to lead a team that is accountable for financial commitments to a business unit
Exceptional business and financial acumen
Lean practioner
Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills.
Must be highly skilled at written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers
Ability to influence and drive change cross-functionally in a highly-matrixed environment
Healthcare/MedTech Industry experience
This role can sit anywhere in Southeast USA.
