The Childrens Place Creative Operations Coordinator in Secaucus, New Jersey

Job Summary:

The Coordinator, Creative Operations will assist the Director of Creative Ops in facilitating the needs of Pre and Post Photoshoot operations for The Children’s Place, Gymboree, S&J and PJ Place Brands.

They will have direct responsibility for model/talent/vendor management, all contracts/agreements/legal documentation required, invoice processing and reconciliation, post shoot metadata entry and in house photo studio equipment management.

Responsibilities:

Key Accountabilities:

  • Establish and maintain Child Model Database

  • Liason to all Model and Talent Agencies and responsible for holds and bookings

  • Attend all Brand shoots in order to manage the coordination of models schedules, and the collection/archiving of all required documents, vouchers, NDA, MSA, Image release forms, Bank account information, UTMA accounts

  • Manage all New Vendor Set ups and current vendor updates

  • Manage all Vendor Contracts and Agreements

  • Manage all invoice processing and tracking

  • Manage input of metadata for all Brand Photoshoots into Global Edit

  • Assist Producers in some aspects of pre and post production

  • Maintain in house photo studio equipment and manage all repairs/purchases required

Education and Experience:

  • Associates degree or higher in related field

  • 5 years of experience working in a fast paced creative environment or related field

  • Highly proficient with Outlook calendar management

  • Experience in project management

Skills and Behaviors:

  • Willing to travel

  • Proactive and personable, and self-starter

  • Demonstrated time management and problem solving skills

  • Must have basic financial acumen and ability to input and help maintain a budget with supervision

  • Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to build and maintain relationships across all levels & departments of the organization

  • Ability to deliver on-time in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word

  • Adobe Creative Suite a plus but not mandatory
