HVAC Installation - Bryant product Line Direct Hire role - Pay based on experience up to $32 an hour T185 **

We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. This demanding role involves the installation of heating, ventilation and air conditioning equipment for both commercial and residential projects. Strong hands-on abilities are essential.

HVAC Installer Duties: - Install complete HVAC systems including equipment, ductwork, and accessories - Run, braze, and test refrigerant line sets per code - Fabricate sheet metal fittings and ductwork components as needed - Work with an assigned apprentice to complete installations  - Perform strenuous physical labor - lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing, crawling - Follow all safety protocols for tools and equipment   - Maintain a clean, organized workspace - Report to Field Service Manager on project status

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as an HVAC Installer  - Thorough knowledge of HVAC installation methods and building codes - Expertise in brazing refrigerant lines and testing for leaks - Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications - EPA Refrigerant Handling Certification  - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Customer service mindset when working in businesses/homes - Must have valid driver's license and clean driving record
