Who are you?

We are seeking a qualified individual for a Ticketing Coordinator position. This detail-oriented position requires excellent organizational skills, professional interaction with management personnel, internal staff, vendors, and clients of all levels. An ability to work efficiently, accurately, and effectively under pressure in this very fast paced office and the ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner is essential.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage ticketing events for Live Nation Eastern Canada promoted events .

  • Liaise with Ticketmaster and venue box offices with regards to the structure, pricing, onsale programming, management, and execution of events.

  • Perform event ticketing management duties on-site at venues on day of show.

  • Send event settlement reports as required to event production management as well as finance department.

  • Communicate regularly and assist internal departments and external event personnel with any ticketing needs and concerns.

  • Receive, maintain, and process ticket orders, both paid and comp, to completion .

  • Distribute any required ticket requests for internal staff, clients, and media.

  • Monitor ticketing supplies and equipment as well as report and follow up on any ticketing repair issues.

  • Attend all relevant meetings, functions, and discussions.

  • Perform any administrative duties as required and assigned by the Senior Ticketing Manager.

    Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or comparable work experience.

  • Previous experience and knowledge of ticket administration.

  • Knowledge of ticketing software, specifically Ticketmaster Host and TM1, is a strong asset.

  • Strong knowledge of box office or similar operations.

  • Exceptional written, oral, and electronic communication skills

  • Excellent administrative and computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to prioritize, organize, problem solve, follow-up, and communicate.

  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.

  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently with minimal supervision.

  • Available to work evenings and weekends as required.

  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.

    Physical Requirements/Work Environment

    Sitting for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
