Brief Summary of Work for this Position

This position plays a pivotal role in multiple critical areas, primarily program assistance, volunteer coordination, and administrative and technical support. The Program Assistant will be an essential entry-level team member, contributing to the success and growth of our institution.

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor's degree; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.

Preferred education, professional skills and experience

  • Master's degree or higher
  • 1+ years experience working in customer service with older adults
  • 1+ years experience in event planning or program execution
  • 1-3 years of communication, writing, and editing experience

Required Certifications or licensure

None.

FTE 1.0 (40 hours per week)

Months Per Year 12 Months

Work Days Monday - Friday, with occasional weekend

Work Hours 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, flexibility required with occasional nights
